Noor Ul Quran by Touch Blind Center is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (ID: 84-3413323) based in Houston, Texas. Founded by Zabeehullah Faiz, a visionary leader who is himself blind, the center is dedicated to empowering visually impaired Muslims through accessible education.
This unique initiative focuses on making the Quran and Islamic knowledge accessible through Braille, ensuring that blindness is never a barrier to learning the Book of Allah.
